The impetus for change is irrelevant; the reality is that students deserve better--your school needs to improve, and it needs to improve quickly. Education Direction works directly with schools in need of serious reform. Our intense coaching relies on proprietary methods in conjunction with principles from Data Wise (2005, Harvard Education Press) and Data Wise in Action (2007, Harvard Education Press), to equip turnaround school principal and leadership teams with tools and training needed to turn the school from underperforming to exemplary.

Education Direction will help implement performance management principles to improve transparency between and among staff. We'll work with school teams to develop plans at six-week intervals, and implement interim measures to chart progress. Education Direction will make sure the school's time and other resources are laser-focused on teaching and learning. By working directly with principals, school site councils, and leadership teams, we address your school's individual concerns, making it possible to achieve your proficiency targets.
